This is a hilarious story about Charity who is house-sitting for her dear friend and benefactor, Nora. A matchmaking scheme has Nora's nephew arriving for Thanksgiving. Wyatt's arrival is fine with Charity, she'll just go on home, but when Nora leaves a message that she won't make it back for T/G and could Charity please cook Wyatt dinner, Charity feels bond to comply, after all Nora is her financial backing in her bookstore. A snow storm blows through surrounding the house in five foot drifts and taking the power with it.

Well .. you can imagine the problems that all the closeness and lack of furnace heat can conjure up .... add a nosey sleuthing neighbour who is convinced that Wyatt and Charity have murdered poor Nora .. and Nora's wine loving Scotch terrier named MacDougal ... now this is a hilarious and delightful combination!
I really enjoy this book, it was funny, romantic, and a hilarious story. I highly recommend this book. It was a great book!
